Key Dates

Important dates for the Outdoor advertising scheme:

1st Release: 12pm on Monday 29th April 2019

1st Release Artwork deadline: Friday 7th June - Artwork must be received by 6pm
(Any artwork received after this date will still be produced but might miss the in-charge date of 29th July).

2nd Release bookings open: 12pm Monday 24th June 2019

2nd Release poster / artwork supply deadline: 12pm Friday 12th July 2019

Advertising stock

We will release our initial inventory on Monday 29th April on a first come, first served basis, we have worked hard to supply as much high quality stock in suitable locations within Edinburgh city centre at fair rates. We are having a second release on 24th June. This second release will include any returned / unpaid stock and extra stock we have especially held back - the key reason for this is we understand peoples marketing plans / budgets can change and those who missed out first time for whatever reason will have another chance to get involved.

Advertising booked on the second release with artwork supplied by 12th July will be installed by Friday 2nd August at the latest.

Bookings made or artwork received after 12th July will be processed and posted as soon as possible and you'll be advised of a date when you received confirmation of receipt of artwork. Please be aware posting will be after 2nd August and we can't be held liable for missed advertising days due to late supplied artwork. (We need a minimum of 7-10 working days to process and put up new orders).

IN-CHARGE DATES:

1st Release: Monday 29th July - Monday 26th August 2019

2nd Release: Friday 2nd - Monday 26th August 2019
